STAD, leveraging the expertise its founders have acquired over years of experience in the bulk handling plant engineering sector, operates as a design and manufacturing company for automatic weighing and/or dosing systems, machines, and equipment. The experience of our technicians, focused on developing and customizing our machines to meet the diverse needs of our clients and the characteristics of the product being dosed, has enabled the widespread use of STAD systems, from the local ceramics industry to any other sector requiring dynamic weighing and dosing of bulk products: livestock, animal feed, food, environmental, mining, concrete, chemical, glass, and manufacturers of powdered detergents, construction adhesives, cement factories, foundries, glassworks, and more.

1999 – Year of foundation of STAD Srl, the first office was located in Bosco di Scandiano, RE
2009 – Purchase and relocation to the current warehouse in Arceto di Scandiano, RE
2010 – Production of the 365 series flow control units (Cobra, Taipan, Mamba and Python)
2011 – Year of foundation of STADCERT Srl, the first office was within STAD Srl
2021 – STADCERT moves to its new facility in Giarola, Reggio Emilia, Italy.
2025 – Construction of the new 465 series flow control units (Cobra and Taipan)
Our Core Business
STAD’s core business is dynamic weighing/continuous controlled-flow dosing using belt weighers and gravimetric dosing systems. STAD’s extreme flexibility allows for customized solutions to meet a wide variety of needs: bulk flow detection/regulation, master/slave systems for the percentage addition of a microcomponent, dosing of multiple products in a formula according to recipes with continuous blending, etc.
