Pneumatic convey systems

Description

In the industrial sector, pneumatic material conveying technology moves materials or goods to the production or warehouse locations where they are needed. Compared to traditional conveying systems, pneumatic conveying offers greater system flexibility, requiring only a single pipe to connect point A to point B.

Every bulk solid has specific requirements for a conveying system. To meet these needs, we offer our customers a variety of proven pneumatic conveying systems with in-house designed pressure and vacuum pneumatic conveying components. This allows us to find the right solution for every product and every specific task.

In particular, we produce:

Pneumatic vacuum conveying systems where products are transported fluidized in a vein of air using a vacuum pump. These systems are versatile and cost-effective for shorter distances and low-to-medium flow rates.
Suitable for powders, plastic granules, fibers, minerals, flour, semolina, and food granules.

Dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems, in which products are transported by forming plugs or dunes along the pipeline, under the pressure of air. These systems have a proven design and are easy to maintain.
Suitable for cement, limestone powder, bentonite, hydrated lime, adsorbent, powders, and gypsum.

For more difficult bulk solids, prone to clogging and/or over long distances, air injectors (called boosters or air assists) are used along the pipeline to prevent such problems. Suitable for difficult bulk solids such as minerals, titanium dioxide, gypsum, PVC paste, lead oxide, metal powder, and powdered milk.

For each product, technical data sheets and downloadable documentation are available, including features, specifications, and instructions for use. For technical support or further sales information, our team is always available.
