Electronic control unit for control of dynamic weighing in loss-in-weight dosing systems. Wide 5.2" touch screen display with IP65 protection rating for front panel installation.
It can be equipped with many types of communication, serial or field bus, in addition to a wide assortment of digital and analogue exchanges.
DPN
The DPN series dosing systems are recommended for dosing powdery materials with medium-low flow rates.
When the scale is combined with the suitable electronic control unit, the machine can operate in loss-in-weight batching mode and/or continuous mode with controlled flow rate (in the latter, hopper refill is controlled by the electronic control unit with no need to interrupt the batching process).
DPC
The DPC series dosing systems are recommended for dosing powdery materials with medium-low flow rates.
The machines consist of a storage hopper, a feed device and a scale that controls the loss in weight during product discharge. For every type of dosing system there is a wide range of motor drives and customisations suited to the process.
